Role Overview
The Corporate Development Director, Strategy oversees and guides business planning/analysis, strategic initiatives, and new business development, representing the Corporate Development function with all major stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the annual strategic planning process in conjunction with the Regional and Corporate teams
- Spearheads corporate development opportunities, partnering with Finance, Marketing, and other operating areas
- Drives strategy/business case development
- Engages with department leaders to obtain buy-in for cross-functional projects
- Storyboards and gives presentations to department leaders on key initiatives
- Identifies, assesses and prioritizes market extension opportunities (e.g., new services, solutions, business models)
Requirements & Eligibility
- 10+ years of business experience, preferably in Investment Banking/Top tier Management consulting/Corporate Finance/Corporate Development at a leading technology company preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
- CPA or MBA a plus
