Role Overview

The QC Specialist II is responsible for ensuring products meet safety and efficacy standards, specifically focusing on testing incoming packaging materials and preparing documentation for production release.

Key Responsibilities

Verify packaging material analyses and prepare documentation for production release
Resolve analytical deviations, complaints, and define corrective and preventive actions
Monitor and analyze trends in key quality and performance indicators
Ensure compliance with good practices (cGxP) and data integrity
Validate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
Support the introduction of new methods, techniques, and supplier qualification
Actively participate in coordinating department priorities and global quality initiatives

Requirements & Eligibility

Higher education degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or other natural sciences
Active knowledge of Slovenian and English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent analytical skills and precision in documentation
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements is preferred
