Key Responsibilities

Reviews internal/external regulatory change notifications from Global regulators for initial determination of applicability, rationalization, and to assign next steps
Communicates with stakeholders to facilitate information flow, assign next steps, and document rationale
Manages impact assessment process, which includes assignment, review, and reporting; provides due diligence oversight of global impact assessment process
Compiles and maintains project tracking for Compliance governance committee reporting and to identify/escalate issues
Contributes to the maintenance of internal regulatory inventory as it pertains to regulatory change

Requirements & Eligibility

A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required
3-5 years related experience
Familiarity with law and regulation hierarchy/structure and global regulators
Experience using an array of applications including Excel, database, and reporting applications
Analytical and communication skills required to analyze and summarize information
