Role Overview

The Executive Experience Specialist supports the delivery of seamless, high-touch visits for executives, founders, board members, investors, prospective listed companies, and strategic partners at Nasdaq MarketSite.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in researching visiting executives and preparing company briefings
Coordinate logistics including transportation, security, catering, photography, AV, branding, and meeting room setup
Draft and maintain run-of-show documents for each visit
Personally welcome guests and help remove friction from the moment they arrive
Support customized MarketSite tours, meeting coordination, tower photo opportunities, and bell ceremonies
Manage timing and transitions throughout each visit to ensure a smooth flow
Coordinate delivery of photos, videos, and branded assets to guests
Confirm follow-up steps and capture visit notes and guest preferences

Requirements & Eligibility

5+ years in hospitality, event production, guest relations, or executive support
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Calm, composed problem-solver who performs well under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset
Discretion and professionalism when working with senior executives and high-profile guests
Flexibility to support early morning bell ceremonies and occasional evening events
