Role Overview

We are looking for a new talent to join our Wasquehal team as a Provident Claims Handler to process provident claims files, handle client requests, and ensure regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform the opening and instruction of provident claim files of all types (incapacity, disability, death)
Identify missing elements during claim processing and inform clients or insured parties
Process teletransmission flows, Noemie and Prest-IJ, related to open claims
Handle client requests received by email or phone and participate in scheduled meetings
Identify and forward requests requiring intervention from management or another department
Ensure regular reporting of activity to the group manager

Requirements & Eligibility

Bac/Bac+2 education or equivalent experience in a similar role related to provident insurance and/or payroll management
Strong sense of customer satisfaction and team spirit
Rigor and analytical mind
Proficiency in written and oral communication
