Role Overview

Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect, guiding sellers, developing expertise in AI-based catalogue management, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect
Guide sellers through key onboarding steps and deliver clear enablement sessions
Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising catalogues
Contribute to scaling onboarding by creating and improving documentation, guides, and internal content
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams

Requirements & Eligibility

Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (M1 or M2) at a business school, engineering school, or equivalent institution
Available for a six-month internship starting January 2027
At least one previous internship or corporate experience, ideally in an enterprise environment
Demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or digital products
