Role Overview
As a Shift Trainer at MMP, you will be responsible for training of new operators as well as re-certification of existing operators to meet quality of process and product. In this role you will also need to communicate any process/piece-part/flow changes to the line, work with Supervisor to improve operator performance/efficiency.
