Role Overview

We are seeking an HBM Production Operator to manage equipment, ensure quality of process and product, complete certifications, communicate information effectively, and contribute to a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manning of multiple machines and operating equipment
Demonstrate ability to use computer based programs and applications to perform daily duties
Provide machine coverage during breaks and log machines accurately
Monitoring and awareness of equipment performance discrepancies with timely communication to your Lead
Work on a fixed shift schedule: Day Shift (07:30-19:30) or Night Shift (19:30-07:30)
Follow a 4-3 rotating work schedule
Run equipment based on current process specifications
Organize own workstations and ensuring 6S

Requirements & Eligibility

Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role
Willing to work in FAB environment (including PHOTO area with yellow light)
Willing to wear Clean room suit
Discipline and attention to detail are essential for this role
Basic skills in Microsoft Office
Basic English skills (Read & Write)
High school degrees or above
