Role Overview

We're seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead a team of exceptional mobile engineers who can create financial tools that work seamlessly for folks who aren't tethered to their desks but still need to move their businesses and lives forward.

Key Responsibilities

Lead an experienced engineering team of 13, consisting of both Android & iOS engineers, including one backend engineer.
Mentor, retain, and provide feedback to high-performing engineers of all skill levels.
Work closely with engineering leaders, designers, product leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Serve as the connective tissue between mobile and the broader engineering organization.

Requirements & Eligibility

5+ years of engineering management leading mobile and/or web engineering teams.
Ability to dive deep into technical discussions, with strong expertise in both iOS and Android development.
Familiarity with our mobile stack: Kotlin for Android & Swift/RxSwift for iOS.
Passionately product-minded and has experience building and shipping new products.
Excels at developing engineers, creating clear advancement paths, and building teams that can execute independently while staying aligned with broader company goals.
