Role Overview
As a Field Clinical Research Specialist, you will play a key role in the operational conduct of pre- and post-market clinical studies in France, specifically within the Electrophysiology Therapies (EPT) business unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation and operational monitoring of pre- and post-market clinical studies
- Identify, select, and support investigators and participating centers throughout the study lifecycle
- Organize and carry out training, activation, monitoring, and closure activities for investigative centers
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practices (ICH-GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements
- Support centers in patient recruitment and follow-up to optimize inclusion and data quality
- Participate in initial implantations and certain study visits to support data collection and protocol execution
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with investigators, research teams, and key hospital stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative centers regarding Medtronic EPT clinical studies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in clinical research, life sciences, or biomedical field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical research, ideally in the medical device industry
- Experience in clinical study management and/or monitoring of investigative centers
- Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (ICH-GCP) and regulatory requirements applicable to clinical trials
- Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals, investigators, hospital teams, and internal partners
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
