Role Overview
We are seeking a Complaint Returned Products Engineer (QA) to join our Japan Failure Analysis team in Tokyo. In this role, you will examine returned products, verify reproducibility, check for quality abnormalities, identify failure causes, and record data to help drive future improvements using microscopes, digital cameras, and log extraction software.
