Role Overview

The Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operational excellence of the Mattel Technology & Innovation Center (MTIC), driving operational planning, governance, reporting, business analytics, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of MTIC strategic priorities and annual operating plans.
Maintain operational trackers and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Prepare executive dashboards, operational reports and leadership updates.
Analyze operational metrics, workplace KPIs and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities and workplace experience programs.

Requirements & Eligibility

Support execution of MTIC strategic priorities and annual operating plans
Track key initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies and action items
Coordinate governance meetings, leadership reviews and steering committee sessions
Prepare executive dashboards, operational reports and leadership updates
Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI or similar analytics tools
