Role Overview

The Manager will be accountable for profitable and sustainable growth of Mastercard’s SME business in Vietnam, with direct responsibility for commercial card sales and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline of SME opportunities
Build trusted relationships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners
Partner with Account Management and cross-functional teams to advance opportunities from origination through launch
Maintain accurate forecasts, provide market insights and collaborate effectively with regional and global teams

Requirements & Eligibility

Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development or solution commercialization, ideally within payments, commercial cards, SME banking, transaction banking, fintech or related financial services
A proven track record of owning sales targets, building qualified pipelines and converting complex opportunities into commercial results
Strong consultative selling, commercial and analytical skills
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with fluency in English and Vietnamese
