Role Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring effective management of priorities, seamless coordination across stakeholders, and efficient execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, scheduling across multiple time zones and prioritizing critical meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and internal approval
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting agendas
Act as a gatekeeper to optimize leader’s time and focus
Serve as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Organize leadership meetings, town halls, and offsites
Drive administrative processes (procurement, vendor coordination, expense management)
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a multinational environment
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
