Key Responsibilities
- Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customers’ ongoing needs
- Conduct iterative experiments to identify and prioritise key features for inclusion with product releases and product roadmap
- Assist customers to resolve operational issues that have been escalated
Requirements & Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
- Available to start 1st September 2027
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
- High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership
