We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to deliver outstanding day-to-day service, manage critical conversations, and combine human expertise with AI and automation to provide fast, high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support via live chat, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication
Participate in onboarding including classroom sessions, coaching, and shadowing
Support the full customer journey as you master the role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work alongside senior agents and coaches to improve internal processes
Track progress through CSAT scores, quality audits, and productivity metrics with your Team Leader

Requirements & Eligibility

C1-level English skills
Dynamic task management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Confident, fast typist capable of managing multiple live chats per hour
Customer-first mindset with ideally previous experience in a customer-facing role
Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern (Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends)

Interview Process

Initial call with one of our Talent Acquisition team (30 mins), a short online exercise, and a technical & culture interview (60 mins).
