Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Representative to lead overall acquisition performance for Air, LCL, and MPL business, co-develop acquisition strategy, and drive sales engagement to grow new and existing customer volumes.

Key Responsibilities

Co-develop the Mekong Forwarding acquisition strategy in partnership with Air, LCL, and MPL Product and Sales leadership teams
Lead overall acquisition performance for Air, LCL, and MPL RFQ and Spot business
Act as the primary senior liaison for Mekong sales teams on all Forwarding-related escalations
Collaborate with Air, LCL, and MPL Product teams to develop Mekong-specific value propositions
Track and analyze KPIs including growth, conversion, win rate, profitability, and pipeline health

Requirements & Eligibility

At least 5 - 7 years of professional experience as Business Development Manager, Field Sales, or similar role in logistics and services industry
Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning large opportunities
Native Thai language proficiency and professional English level
Strong negotiation and project management skills
Strong working knowledge of company products and competitive landscape
Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced international environment
