Role Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our Customer Retention team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets, working with existing customers to introduce them to additional products.

Key Responsibilities

Drive upsell and cross-sell campaigns to existing customers
Hit and exceed conversion targets through strong call technique and active listening
Build and maintain customer relationships through each interaction
Meet daily and weekly productivity benchmarks including talk time, call handling, and accuracy
Keep detailed records and feed insights back to your Team Lead

Requirements & Eligibility

HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment
BPO or call centre background is a strong advantage
Genuine sales ability and resilience under pressure
Clear, professional communication skills
Solid MS Excel skills
