We are looking for a Sales Executive for Egbeda, Lagos State to join our Sales Team as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

Monitor and deliver sales targets, develop local networks, and ensure customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and mentor a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and ensure comprehensive reporting
Handle DSR inventory and manage audit recommendations in line with company policies

Requirements & Eligibility

Experience in Sales within FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related industries
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Expertise in team motivation and leadership
