Key Responsibilities

Drive sales by utilizing dashboard results and taking ownership of performance goals
Deliver world-class customer experience through attentive listening and personalized recommendations
Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and fighting animal testing
Continually expand product knowledge regarding ingredients and benefits
Participate in team development and foster an inclusive environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
Manage stock and inventory using visual merchandising guidelines
Adhere to company policies regarding store operations and health and safety

Requirements & Eligibility

Excellent customer service skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience with consultation-based customer service models (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills (preferred)
Experience working in a team environment (preferred)
Experience working in skincare or cosmetics (preferred)
