Key Responsibilities

Drive sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results and soliciting feedback to exceed sales goals
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating products
Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values and organizing in-store events
Maintain continuous product knowledge and stay updated on ingredients and benefits
Participate actively in teamwork, time management, attendance, and store visual merchandising

Requirements & Eligibility

Commitment to Lush brand values including anti-animal testing, ethical buying, and 100 percent vegetarian products
Ability to work in a fun and inclusive team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
