Key Responsibilities

Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals

Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer

Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, and Ethical Buying

Continually expand product knowledge with ongoing learning

Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge

Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members' perspectives related to DEIB

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store

Requirements & Eligibility

Excellent customer service skills
