Role Overview

The Senior Manager Financial Analysis will work directly with senior members of the Chief Design Officer team to plan and develop financial forecasts, resources planning, and cost allocation to other business units.

Key Responsibilities

Develop financial and decision-making models to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
Manage accurate rolling forecasts and review budget vs. actuals with the senior leadership team
Partner with management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding strategy and financial plans
Interface effectively with all organizational levels to share financial data, updates, and goals regularly
Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within the department, overall finance, and business partners
Complete ad hoc requests from various business partners internal and external to Finance

Requirements & Eligibility

Minimum 6-8 years of finance experience
At least 2 years in a leadership capacity within the FP&A function
Experience in early-stage startups and/or high-growth companies
Exceptional budgeting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis skills
Expert understanding of Excel & SQL
Ability to self-start and self-direct work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
