Role Overview

The Technical Services Manager will support the Account Lead in maintaining client relationships, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery of hard services across a Data Centre site, and managing technical engineering duties.

Key Responsibilities

Establish open and transparent relationships with client managers and business partners
Provide technical leadership and support the operational and maintenance delivery
Organise the site team and supply chain to meet contractual SLAs within the MSA
Deliver against set KPIs around downtime, costs, maintenance, and process compliance
Provide out of hours call out support
Coordinate on-site teams for planning and scheduling of PPM
Assist in the preparation of operational procedures, emergency, and contingency plans
Manage quality compliance for all systems and processes in JLL scope of works

Requirements & Eligibility

Engineering degree or relevant experience
German and English, spoken and written
Minimum of 10 years data center operations experience related to FM service delivery
Thorough understanding of data center systems related to operational delivery
Thorough understanding of IT raised floor, co-location, hyper-scale, and cloud environments
Prior experience working with mission critical programs, procedures, and DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems
Experience as a service provider
