Role Overview

JLL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Mall Manager to lead operations, customer experience, statutory compliance, tenant management, facility management, commercial performance, and asset enhancement initiatives for a landmark mixed-use development in Rajarhat, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations of the mall and commercial complex.
Act as the primary point of contact for retail tenants and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare annual operating budgets and business plans while monitoring operating expenses.
Deliver exceptional customer experience across retail and commercial areas.
Ensure compliance with West Bengal Municipal regulations, fire safety requirements, and other statutory norms.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
12-18 years of experience in mall management, mixed-use developments, retail real estate, commercial property management or hospitality.
Minimum 5 years managing large retail/commercial assets above 500,000 sq. ft.
