Role Overview

As Project Controller, you will be responsible for BT&S project control, routinely analyzing, evaluating and forecasting project cost against baseline cost schedule and assessing impacts and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain project WBS including revenue and billing
Monitor and maintain contract reconciliation
Establish and maintain project budgets, and overall cost control
Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis
Drive project profitability and other performance metrics
Ensure timely and accurate project billings
Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances
Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and execute plans to mitigate risks

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in project controls, project finance, cost control, or commercial project management
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong Excel and reporting skills
