Role Overview

The Planner is responsible for leading both Early Engagement planning and end-to-end product execution across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, ensuring product readiness, build plan feasibility, supply-demand alignment, and successful delivery from concept through volume ramp.

Key Responsibilities

Leading both Early Engagement planning and end-to-end product execution across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle.
Driving strategic planning, risk assessment, and operational execution while serving as the primary interface between Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Units.
Managing cross-functional dependencies, identifying risks early, driving execution readiness, and ensuring alignment to business priorities.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in demand/supply planning, supply chain management, project management, or data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/365, with advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
Experience in building dashboards, charts, graphs, and presenting insights effectively.
