Assistant Vice President, Internal Controls Readiness at Icapital | HYRX

Maintain a Control Library aligned with the Risk Register with relevant control attributes.

Design and implement tests to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards.

Perform control testing across financial, operational, and IT domains, including walkthroughs, re-performance, inspection, and observation techniques.

Review and evaluate evidence to identify control deficiencies and recommend remediation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Perform vendor risk assessments and review third-party control reports from an IT risk standpoint.

Support the development and enhancement of reporting tools and dashboards

Develop and implement mechanisms for issue, complaint, and incident reporting to identify errors and remediate root causes.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in IT audit, internal audit, IT risk, compliance or information security.
Strong work ethic, resourceful disposition, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Adaptable and entrepreneurial; a willingness to roll up sleeves and get stuff done.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
