Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to deliver and coordinate all training operations across Non Sterile Compounding. This role is responsible for the full training lifecycle from scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams.
