Role Overview

You will lead finance controlling and entity accounting for assigned legal entities in India. You will ensure timely and accurate month-end close, financial reporting, and insightful variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end close for assigned entities and deliver accurate profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
Produce clear variance and commercial analysis to explain performance and support business decisions
Partner with business leads and shared services to prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reforecasts
Strengthen accounting processes, controls, and automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable local regulations
Coach and develop team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting, finance controlling, or similar roles
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and applicable local accounting rules
Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills
Effective written and verbal communication in English and ability to work with multicultural teams
