Role Overview
The 3D Heterogeneous Integration Development Intern will contribute to advanced packaging and process-integration development, including wafer-to-wafer hybrid bonding, die-to-wafer hybrid bonding, through-silicon via/through-oxide via (TSV/TOV), and interposer technologies.
