The Affiliate End-User Support Coordinator (SAP QM) serves as the primary point of contact for Quality Assurance users across Gilead affiliate organisations requiring support with SAP Quality Management processes, providing first-line support, practical guidance, troubleshooting, issue triage, testing support and training.
