The Partner Success Associate will activate and manage key Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and financing broker relationships to ensure SMB leads flow seamlessly through Figure’s funnel. This is a revenue-generating, originations-focused role responsible for partner relationship management, pipeline management, and providing a best-in-class borrower experience.
