Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to build and run the program operating system for Figma's growing Internal AI Tooling portfolio. Reporting into the CIO PMO and embedded within the team driving this work, you'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to translate an emerging roadmap into coordinated, secure, and scalable capabilities used across Figma.
