Role Overview
As a Compliance Engineer at Figma, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and testing security controls across multiple compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST. You will collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and product engineering teams to translate regulatory requirements into effective technical controls, evaluate control effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve security and compliance processes.
