As an Account Executive at Exa, you will work with customers who need speed, intelligence, and accuracy in their workflows. You will take full ownership of deals—prospecting, running demos, negotiating, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Help build our London GTM office from 0->1 (culture cultivation, in-person events, in-person sales)
Own the entire sales cycle—from first touch to close
Run product demos that make customers say wow
Develop and execute strategies to land high-value customers
Work closely with SDRs to keep the pipeline strong and moving
Negotiate contracts, hit targets, and drive revenue growth

Requirements & Eligibility

2+ years in a sales role, ideally in SaaS or AI/tech products
Experience managing a full sales cycle, from lead generation to close
Strong communication skills—you can tell a great story and sell a vision
A consultative approach—help customers see the business value, not just the features
A competitive edge—you are driven, persistent, and love closing deals
Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
