Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive covering the Turkish market, you will take full ownership of your territory, run the full enterprise sales cycle, and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across the Crypto and Financial Services landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Run the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, across a territory with massive potential
Proactively identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts
Develop and execute multi-threaded sales strategies to engage diverse stakeholders
Handle 5-, 6- and 7-figure deal cycles with skill, creativity, and precision
Drive account expansion through timely up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with internal sales engineers, product experts, customer success, and marketing teams

Requirements & Eligibility

Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken) is essential
Professional proficiency in English
Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS and/or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto
Proven track record of consistently closing successful enterprise deals across multiple years
Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling
Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot
