Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Insurance: the carriers, MGAs, and brokers people rely on.

Key Responsibilities

Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Insurance industry
Balance a diverse pipeline of large national carriers and regional insurers
Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in workflows
Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group
Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases
Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations

Requirements & Eligibility

7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
Insurance experience is preferred but not required
Proven success closing six- and seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
Experience selling to both technical buyers and business buyers
Strong executive presence and willingness to travel frequently
