Role Overview

We're looking for a Staff Conversation Designer to join in London and set the design direction for AI-powered support across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, bringing strong AI fluency, technical practice, and editorial point of view to shape conversations powered by LLM models.

Key Responsibilities

Set support conversation strategy across support journeys
Design and maintain conversation flows for proactive guidance, chat, and voice experiences
Prototype new conversational experiences using LLMs and code
Shape voice, tone and behavior across brands, markets, and modalities
Build evaluation datasets, testing plans, and scoring rubrics
Design conversational safeguards and guardrails against hallucinations and bias

Requirements & Eligibility

Strong AI fluency
Technical practice and coding skills
Editorial point of view for conversation design
Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
