Role Overview

The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy, concept development, and executing initiatives for Disney Experiences Technology & Digital, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creation of technical specifications and user stories
Align roadmaps and strategy with project teams and stakeholders
Manage scope, traceability, and prioritization of requirements
Provide technical guidance and oversight for complex projects
Drive Agile standups, backlog grooming, and planning
Develop complex business cases and feasibility assessments
Manage partner expectations, scope, and budget discussions

Requirements & Eligibility

7+ years of product management or equivalent experience
Technical focus in product strategy and execution
Basic knowledge of Public Cloud Technologies like AWS
Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience with JIRA, Smartsheets, or similar tools
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field
