Role Overview

Your role as Head of the team will include the review and control of a portfolio of reports, the steering and development of an international team, and development and control of a wider Reporting related Book-of-Work, including the remediation of Findings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design an evolving a team across Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United States
Oversee reporting productivity and team development
Streamline production and alignment of a 20+ global and regional reports on Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Reports for senior management
Act as Key C&AFC Reporting contact for senior management and stakeholders across the organization
Responsible for global and regional Findings and their remediation related to C&AFC Reporting
Support other strategic activities in the Frameworks & Programmes Function more widely

Requirements & Eligibility

Excellent editorial, analysis and writing skills, ability to connect content and form holistic storylines
Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the risk frameworks of Deutsche Bank
Experience managing people and engaging with senior stakeholders
Proven experience in leading teams across locations
Robust, credible, and organisationally savvy, with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly
Background / experience in similar field that emphasizes clear and concise writing, analysis and insights from a wide array of sources
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems
