Role Overview

As an Inside Sales / After Sales Service employee, you will support our customers and the service and field service team in all administrative and coordinative matters relating to service requests.

Key Responsibilities

Creation and checking of service invoices, and ensuring correct and timely billing
Maintenance of customer and service data in Salesforce and SAP, and processing of customer inquiries and complaints
Ordering, management, and tracking of spare parts, and coordination of assignment to service technicians
Reception, prioritization, and coordination of customer inquiries, as well as planning and coordination of service assignments, maintenance, and installations
Recording and documentation of service cases, support for field service technicians, organization of workshop orders, and provision of demo and loan equipment

Requirements & Eligibility

Completed commercial or technical training with several years of professional experience in dispatching, order/invoice processing, customer service, internal sales, or after sales
Experience in creating and checking invoices
Organizational strength and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is desirable
Fluent English and German skills in spoken and written
