Role Overview
The Billing and Cash Analyst is responsible for facilitating end-to-end invoicing and cash application processes while supporting accurate and timely application of customer payments, partnering with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing discrepancies, research payment issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
