Role Overview
Community Relationship Analysts (CRAs) are an integral part of our broader Outreach team, responsible for engaging adults on Medicare in the community to help drive new patient growth. Building relationships with community leaders to create opportunities for the Outreach team to engage adults on Medicare is a critical responsibility.
