Role Overview

As a Backend Developer Intern, you will build and maintain the server-side logic, including APIs, database structures, and security implementations, while gaining hands-on experience in a professional development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain REST APIs using Node.js, Python or Java
Design database tables and collections, and write queries in SQL or NoSQL databases
Implement user login, token-based authentication and role-based access control
Validate incoming data and handle errors so the system fails gracefully
Write unit and API tests to catch problems before they reach users
Test endpoints using tools such as Postman and fix issues found
Use Git and GitHub for version control and take part in code reviews
Share progress in daily check-ins and weekly review sessions

Requirements & Eligibility

Final-year students or recent graduates from B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA or related streams
Basic backend knowledge in Node.js, Python or Java
Clear understanding of how HTTP, REST APIs and JSON work
Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Careful, logical coding habits and patience when debugging
A stable laptop and reliable internet connection for full-time remote work
