Shadow senior engineers as they partner with product teams to understand the reliability and scalability needs for new features.

Write and maintain basic scripts and tools to help reduce toil and improve engineering velocity.

Contribute to and learn from our culture of blameless post-mortem to drive continuous improvement.

Assist with DR (Disaster Recovery) and systems resiliency testing.

Support the migration of Customer and Clearing applications to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

After a period of training and mentorship, begin to shadow and then participate in the on-call rotation with direct support from senior engineers.
