Role Overview
As an IT Operations Specialist I, you will provide essential onsite IT support and help maintain daily workplace technology at our corporate office. Working in a heavy macOS and Google Workspace environment with additional support for Windows and Linux endpoints, you will deliver hands-on technical assistance, maintain office AV systems, and manage end-to-end hire-to-retire lifecycle processes.
