Role Overview
The Staff Solutions Architect serves as a senior consultative technical leader across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales solution design to implementation, go-live, and ongoing platform optimization. You will lead the architecture of complex, strategic customer deployments, establish integration best practices across RESTful APIs and webhooks, and mentor other Solutions Architects.
