We are seeking a Credit Operations Associate to drive process improvement, analyze customer journeys, become an expert on our systems, and work on strategic projects powering our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Driving process improvement and promoting operational excellence with customer experience at the forefront
Becoming an expert on our systems and the technical side of the business, ready to respond to bugs, crises and cleanups
Analysing customer journeys to identify inefficient processes, reporting and running pilots to improve user experience
Working with internal project stakeholders to deliver pilots and commercial initiatives
Getting stuck into strategic projects powering our growth
Project ideation, delivery and execution for the company’s biggest problems

Requirements & Eligibility

Hands-on Problem Solver: comfortable diving into manual tasks and processes to build a deep understanding and develop impactful AI and automation solutions.
Agile & Resourceful: action-oriented, quick to grasp new concepts, and adept at figuring things out on the fly.
Automation Enthusiast: genuine interest in automating processes and eliminating operational friction.
Adaptable: seamlessly transition between collaborating within a team and independently leading initiatives.
Tech Savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets.
