Role Overview

As an Account Director, you will drive overall revenue and growth for existing Enterprise customers in the Broadcom Software portfolio, including VMware, CA Technologies, and Symantec. This is a quota-carrying, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities using strong communication skills
Manage a pipeline of active deals to ensure long-term business sustainability
Create and achieve long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision makers
Communicate Broadcom's ability to address enterprise software needs and IT business objectives
Execute proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closing
Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree
12+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of a value-based sales approach
Significant experience in managing a pipeline of active deals
